I Need Help Now!

Sometimes you need to talk to someone right away.

Below are some websites and phone numbers to help during a crisis. We encourage you to talk to your parents first if you are facing any of these situations. If you do not feel safe talking with your parents you could seek out another adult like a guidance counselor, youth pastor, coach, teacher, etc. If you are experiencing an emergency call 9-1-1.
