Is it really love?

How do you know?
Relationships are formed when we have connections with other people. Different types of relationships can fall in this category like friendship, infatuation, nonlove and love relationships.
You won’t know if it's really love until you’ve spent some time in a relationship. We almost always show our best face and best behaivor in the beginning of a relationship. After time has passed, our "true" characteristics will reveal themselves, along with the health of our relationships.
REAL LOVE IS:
- Nurturing. Couples give each other the space to grow. They are supportive and not jealous of your goals, activities or friendships that they aren't a part of.
- Unconditional. Unconditional love means that you still value the other person, regardless of their flaws or imperfections. However, this doesn’t mean that you ignore important issues in your relationship.
- Caring. We can have many types of relationships that ARE caring, but relationships that doen't have the qualities of care, concern and empathy are NOT loving.
- Committed. Real love will eventually involve commitment.
There are some behaviors that should NOT exist love relationship OR a friendship like: low self-esteem, jealousy, criticism, dishonesty, lack of respect, manipulation. If they exist in yours, it’s time to have an honest talk or possibly end an unhealthy relationship.
